JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the Order and Decretal Order dated 14.9.2010 passed in R.E.P.No.775 of 2009 in A.O.P.No.60 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Salem.

(2.) MR.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel appears for the first respondent/decree-holder. In view of the order that is to be passed in this revision, the notice to the respondents 2 to 4 is dispensed with.

(3.) IF the plea of the revision petitioner as above is to be accepted, there is absolutely no justification in filing the revision petition and the revision petitioner cannot have any grievance in respect of the impugned proceedings. In such view of the matter, there is no necessity to hear the revision petitioner on this issue as the petition is without any basis. No other issue was argued by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Accordingly, finding no merits, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
