(1.) HEARD the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Thirugnanam, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) THIS Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to release the seized JCB bearing Registration No.TN-73-Z-9157, seized on 10.03.2011 by the second respondent to the petitioner.
