JUDGEMENT

(1.) WRIT Petition No.7671 of 2011 is filed praying to issue a WRIT of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from dispossessing the petitioner from Shop No.1, New Bus Stand, Tiruppur without considering the representation of the petitioner dated 5.3.2011 by providing alternate site.

(2.) WRIT Petition No.7672 of 2011 is filed praying to issue a WRIT of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from dispossessing the petitioner from Shop No.12A, New Bus Stand, Tiruppur without considering the representation of the petitioner dated 5.3.2011 by providing alternate site.

(3.) ALL the three petitioners claimed to be in occupation of the shops owned by the second respondent pursuant to the auction conducted in the year 2001 and renewed thereafter from time to time. Present period expires on 31.3.2011. Petitioners in W.P.Nos.7671 and 7673 made a joint representation and the Petitioner in W.P.No.7672 of 2011 made a separate representation to the first respondent District Collector on 5.3.2011. There is also earlier representations.
