JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus, directing the second Respondent herein to register the Force Motors Minidor (II) (D1), three wheeler Auto rickshaw bearing Engine No. D38007108 and Chassis No. MC1A4CLAXAA000450, with the wheel base of 1700 MM, to accept the Motor Vehicles tax to issue the fitness certificate and consequently to issue the permit to the Petitioner, with reference to the proceedings of the first Respondent in R. No. 38019/A3/2009, dated Nil/12/2009, in granting the Auto rickshaw permit to the Petitioner herein.

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents.

(3.) In view of the earlier orders passed by this Court in a number of writ petitions, involving similar issues, including the writ petition, in W.P. No. 1767 of 2011, dated 21.02.2011, the second Respondent is directed to register the Force Motors Minidor (II) (D1) three wheeler Auto rickshaw bearing Engine No. D38007108 and Chassis No. MC1A4CLAXAA000450, with the wheel base of 1700 MM. The said process shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date or receipt of a coy of this order.
