JUDGEMENT

(1.) The unsuccessful 1st defendant before both the courts below has filed this Second Appeal against the Judgement and Decree dated 26.5.2007 passed in AS.No.20/ 2006 by the learned District Judge, Sivagangai, confirming the Judgement and Decree dated 29.7.2005 passed in OS.No.12/2004 by the learned Sub Judge, Devakottai.
