(1.) HEARD the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Thirugnanam, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) THIS Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to release the Tractor bearing Registration No.TN-20-AH-3397 and Trailor bearing Registration No.TN-20-AH-3422, seized by the 2nd respondent, to the petitioner.
