JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Petitioner is the Managing Director of Aranthangi Chemicals Private Limited. He has come forward to challenge the Complaint Case filed by the first Respondent in C.C. No. 23 of 2010 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pudukottai and seeks to 2 set aside the same.

(2.) The writ petition was admitted on 30.06.2010. Pending the writ petition, this Court granted an order of interim stay.

(3.) On notice from this Court, the contesting first Respondent appears through counsel.
