JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Civil Revision Petition is filed praying direction to direct the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet to dispose E.P.No.318 of 2003 in O.S.No.27 of 2000 on the file of Subordinate Judge at Ranipet, Vellore District within a stipulated period.

(2.) BY order dated 21.9.2011, this Court passed the following order:- ?It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve papers on the counsel appearing for the respondents before the court below, informing him that the revision will be taken up for disposal on 26.9.2011. Post on 26.9.2011.?

(3.) ON verification of the Execution Petition No.318 of 2003 and orders thereon enclosed in the typed set of papers, an application E.A.No.95 of 2011 filed under Section 47 CPC is pending. Without disposing the said E.A., the court below cannot take the E.P. for disposal.
