JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal.

(2.) THE petitioner who claims to be one of the grand daughters of Late W.T.Masilamani Mudaliyar, the Founder-Trustee of Ambalavanar Araporrupu Ayam (for short, 'the Trust'), has sought for a direction to the third respondent, namely the District Educational Officer, Kanchipuram, to conduct an enquiry before granting approval to the extension of the term of office for the present office bearers of the Trust at Walajabad, Kanchipuram, for a further period of three years, i.e. from 2011 to 2014.

(3.) AN additional affidavit has been filed by the fourth respondent, after the above counter affidavit, stating as follows:
