C JEEVITHA Vs. N GOKULAKRISHNAN

Decided On March 01, 2011
C. JEEVITHA Appellant
V/S
N. GOKULAKRISHNAN Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE main ground raised by the petitioner in the present review petition is that it would be difficult for the petitioner to travel from perambur to Chengalpet, to attend the hearings in the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpet, in O.P.No.98 of 2009, as she is pursuing her studies in Bharathi Arts College, Mint, Chennai.

(2.) THE learned counsel for the petitioner had further submitted that the original petition, in O.P.No.98 of 2009, is not at the final stage of hearing, before the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpet as stated in the order of this Court, dated 22.04.2010, in Tr.C.M.P.No.118 of 2010.

(3.) IN view of the fact that it is a settled position in law that the review jurisdiction of this Court is limited in nature, as held by the Supreme Court, in INderchand Jain V. Motilal Jain (2009 AIR SCW 5364) and as this Court does not find sufficient cause or reason to review the order passed by this Court, in Tr.C.M.P.No.118 of 2010, dated 22.04.2010, this review petition stands dismissed. No costs.
