THIS petition has been listed under the caption "For Dismissal", since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, on an earlier occasion, i.e., on 02.02.2011, despite the name of the petitioner having been printed in the cause list. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
