JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsels appearing on either side jointly submit that the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the order, dated 11.12.2009, passed by this Court in W.P. Nos.27823 and 14373 of 2005. Recording the said submission made jointly by the respective counsels appearing for the parties, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
