JUDGEMENT

(1.) TODAY, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had died and hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as abated. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

(2.) BASED on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made, this civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
