JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent and quash the impugned order, in Na.Ka.No.A4/4216/2010, dated 8.12.2010, and consequently, direct the respondent to release the Tractor bearing Registration Number TDH 8185 seized on 27.11.2010 by the respondent to the petitioner.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the adjudication proceedings, in respect of the vehicle in question had been completed.
