JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the complaint in C.C.No.171 of 2009 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ariyalur to any other Court outside the Jurisdiction of Ariyalur District in the interest of Justice.

(2.) HEARD Mr.N.Nithianandam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Valliyappan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

(3.) I have given anxious consideration to the arguments advanced on either side.
