JUDGEMENT

(1.) WRIT Petition is filed praying to issue a WRIT of Mandamus, directing the respondent to renew the identity card of the petitioner together with assignment/allotment of work in favour of the petitioner relating to the Member of Advisory Panel of Central Board of Film Certification.

(2.) MR.R.Balakrishnan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

(3.) THE Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
