JUDGEMENT

(1.) WRIT Petition is filed praying to issue a WRIT of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dismiss the respondents 3 and 4 from the post of President and Vice President respectively in the Kallethirampattu Village Panchayat and make enquiry and recover the funds misappropriated by them and also take legal action against them under Tamil Nadu Village Panahayat Act 1994.

(2.) MR.S.Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the order that is to be passed in this writ petition, the notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

(3.) OF as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
