JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR.R.Thirugnanam, the learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent.

(2.) THE learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the respondent is directed to dispose of the application, dated 28.2.2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY, the writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
