JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR.R.Thirugnanam, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

(2.) THIS Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent, to extend the time limit by four weeks for paying the balance 90% of the bid amount, in respect of the tender -cum- auction held, on 12.01.2011, for the grant of lease, in respect of the stone quarry situated, in S.NO.293/2(Part), measuring an extent of 5 Hectares, in Suriya Nagaram Village, Thiruvallore Taluk,Thiruvallur District.
