JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the Force Motors Minidor (II) (D1) three wheeler Autorickshaw bearing Engine No.D38007117 and Chassis No.MC1A4CLA9AA000455, with wheel base of 1700 MM to accept the Motor Vehicles tax to issue the fitness certificate and consequently to issue the permit to the petitioner with reference to the proceedings of the first respondent herein vide ? 11138/A1/08, dated 21.07.2009, in granting the Autorickshaw permit to the petitioner herein.
