JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this writ petition, the petitioners pray for the issue of writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to G.O.Ms.351 (Food and Consumer Protection Department) dated 6.9.1995 issued by the first respondent in partly confirming the proceedings of the second respondent and quash the same in so far as they are against the petitioners.

(2.) HEARD Ms. P.V. Rajeswari for the petitioners and Mr. M.S. Palanisamy, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

(3.) THE learned counsel is well founded in this respect and it is relevant to extract the very portion of the order passed by the first respondent.
