JUDGEMENT

(1.) These Second Appeals are arising out of preliminary decree and final decree passed in the partition suit.

(2.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant reports that the sole appellant died.

(3.) Since the respondents are the legal representatives of the appellant, nothing survives in these Second Appeals. Hence these Second Appeals are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
