JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners (Mobile No. 98416-88832 and Email ID: vineet@versus.in and smstalin2k@gmail.com) and Mr. S. Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader (Mobile No. 94441-86995 and Email ID: prabhupartha@yahoo.co.in) appearing for R3 and R6. Learned Additional Government Pleader seeks a week's time to file counter.

(2.) Call on 17.04.2020 for filing a counter. In the meantime, the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to inspect the place in question along with the Officials of the Respondents and take photograph and videograph of the area and submit a report to this Court. Before sending a formal report, the Jurisdictional Magistrate shall scan the report and the same may be forwarded to the Email Address of the Registrar Judicial of this Court, so that the matter can be heard immediately on receipt of the scanned copy. It is further directed that once the scanned copy is received, Registry shall forward the same to the counsel for the parties so as to enable them to file any remarks, if any on the report.
