JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to give Police protection to the petitioner herein for organizing the cultural function 'Pachaai Pattani Mariamman Temple Festival' in Sivathapuram Village on 08.02.2020 by the petitioner representation dated 22.01.2020.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

(3.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is likelihood of arising law and order problem.
