JUDGEMENT

(1.) (This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to release the TVS Three Wheeler (Auto) bearing Chassis No.MD6M14PF2LK00237 and Engine No.AF4KL4400297 seized by the second respondent on 20.11.2020.

(2.) Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

(3.) By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
