JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel on either side. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

(2.) The petitioner is said to be the owner of the petition mentioned vehicle. The said vehicle was seized on 27.03.2020 for illegal transportation of sand.

(3.) The learned Government Advocate states that till date no First Information Report has been registered. The enquiry in this regard is still pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner affirms before this Court that the petitioner's vehicle was not involved in any previous incident of sand theft or illegal transportation of sand.
