MURUGAN Vs. STATE BY THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant along with A1 took charge for the offence punishable under Section 120(b), 302 r/w Section 34 and 201 of IPC. The trial Court convicted both the accused. Challenging the same, present appeal has been filed.

(2.) The first accused by name Ammasai @ Devi filed an appeal earlier in Crl.A.No.91 of 2017 which was allowed by this Court in and by judgment dated 08.03.2017. This judgment has attained finality.

(3.) The case of the prosecution is that the deceased, A1 and the appellant were working in a Sugar Mill. The deceased Murugesan was in live-in relationship with the first accused for about 8 years.
