JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioners representation dated 07. 07. 2012 and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 3 to measure the petitioners property situated in Survey Nos. 422/69, 422/68, 422/67, 422/65, 422/75 and 422/66 at Chozhavaram Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

(2.) It is the case of the petitioners that they are the absolute owners of the aforesaid lands and pattas have also been issued in their favour for their respective lands. According to them, there is a dispute with regard to the aforesaid lands with the respondents 4 and 5 and hence they sought for measurement of their properties with the assistance of respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

(3.) It is their case that they gave a representation for measurement of their land, but till date, the representation has not considered. In such circumstances, this writ petition has been filed.
