JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner's Tractor bearing Registration No.TN 55 AE 7605, which was seized on 20.11.2020 by the third respondent.

(2.) Mrs.V.P.M.Vaishnavi, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
