JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner's (Mahindra and Mahindra Bolero Maxi Truck Plus 2WD) bearing Registration No.TN 11 H 0410 to the petitioner forthwith.

(2.) Mr.C.Ramar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

(3.) Heard Mr.K.C.Maniyarasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
