(2.) This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to transfer M.C.No.8 of 2017 filed by the respondent, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukoilur to the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Hosur or any other Court in Hosur, Krishnagiri District.
