JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter was heard through "Video Conferencing".

(2.) This Petition has been filed by A2 and A3 who have been convicted under Sections 120 (b), 302 read with Section 109 and Section 201 read with Section 302 of Indian Penal Code by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri in S.C.No.71 of 2019 on 01.02.2020 to suspend the sentence imposed against them and to release the Petitioners on bail.

(3.) During the course of argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit before this Court that though he has filed the present petition seeking suspense of sentence imposed on A2 and A3, he is not pressing the prayer in respect of A2.
