JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellant Mr.S.K.Raghunathan, learned Deputy Official Liquidator Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, and the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator Mr.S.Gopalakrishnan.

(2.) The appellant / plaintiff has filed this intra Court appeal against the order dated 19.04.2018 passed by the learned Company Judge in C.A.No.243 of 2017 in C.P.No.303 of 2010 (M/s.Packmakers Containers Private Ltd., -Vs- M/s.Rayalaseema Commodities Limited (Formerly M/s.Sudarshan Overseas Ltd., the Company in liquidation represented by the Official Liquidator).
