JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere the civil dispute.

(2.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

(3.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent/ defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in Current Paper No. G3/30790/1612/2019, on the file of the respondent police.
