(1.) Heard learned counsel appearing on either side.

(2.) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.40 of 2012 dated 31.10.2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Andipatti.

(3.) The petitioners herein are the defendants 2 and 3, the respondents 1 to 4 herein are the plaintiffs, the fifth respondent herein is the first defendant and the respondents 6 and 7 herein are the defendants 4 and 5 in the suit. The respondents 1 to 4 herein filed a suit in O.S.No.40 of 2012, for the following reliefs:
