JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer sought for herein is a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.01.2020 and on that basis, transfer the petitioner from Thisayanvilai Town Panchayat at Tirunelveli District to Kayatharu Town Panchayat at Thoothukudi District as Bill Collector.

(2.) Heard Mr.J.Jawahar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

(3.) By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
