JUDGEMENT

(1.) (This Petition was heard through the Video Conferencing) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner's Bolero Pickup Van bearing Registration No.TN-45- AB-8318 seized by the third respondent on 09.10.2020 to the petitioner.

(2.) Mrs.M.Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
