JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to release the Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-37-D-9698 seized by the second respondent on 16.10.2020.

(2.) Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

(3.) Heard Mr.T.Lenin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
