JUDGEMENT

(1.) The issues raised in the Writ Petition and the grievance of the writ petitioner is similar. By consent of all the counsels, a common order is passed in the Writ Petition.

(2.) In a similar issue, this Court has passed a common order dated 13.01.2020 made in W.P.No. 13616 of 2018 batch and the relevant portion of the said order is as follows:-

(3.) In view of same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No. 3963 of 2020 is ordered and W.M.P.No. 3964 of 2020 is closed.
