JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 28.03.2001 made in A.S.No.33 of 2000 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Bhavani, confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.11.1998 made in O.S.No.180 of 1991 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Bhavani.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their ranking in the trial Court.
