JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner's bullock cart and bullocks seized by the third respondent on 16.10.2020.

(2.) Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

(3.) Heard Mr.T.Lenin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
