This second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 23.11.2005 made in A.S.No.15 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Court, Cuddalore, reversing the judgment and decree dated 29.03.2004 made in O.S.No.135 of 2000 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore.
