JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry.

(2.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

(3.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.130/P/Comp/DSP/2020, dated 27.02.2020, on the file of the second respondent police.
