JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner's JCB bearing Registration No.KA 01 MD 2850, which was seized on 25.09.2020 by the third respondent.

(2.) Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

(3.) Heard Mr.N.Anandakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthu Kauruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
