JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's civil dispute, in respect of the land in Survey No.749/3 situated at Koduvilarpatti Village, Near Aranmanaipudur, Theni District.

(2.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.346 of 2020, and as of now, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

(3.) Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondent police.
