JUDGEMENT

(1.) This case is taken up through video conferencing.

(2.) This criminal revision petition is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 18.11.2019 passed in C.M.P.No.3490 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvottriyur and to return the amount Rs.1,71,000/- to the petitioner.

(3.) On the complaint lodged by Suja Louis, the police registered a case in Crime No.74 of 2019 on 11.02.2019 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, against Dhayalan (A1) and Geetha (A2).
