JUDGEMENT

(1.) On consent given by either side, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

(2.) ''M/S.Margadarsi Chits Private Limited, Indian Chamber Building, 3rd Floor, No.6, Esplanade, Chennai-108 and M/s.Sundaram Finance Limited, No.21, Patullos Road, Chennai-2'' are impleaded as 4th and 5th respondents in this writ petition vide order dated 07.12.2020 in WMP.No.22223 of 2020.

(3.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the refusal check slip issued by the second respondent dated 28.10.2020, refusing to register the sale certificate dated 09.10.2020 which was presented for registration by the petitioners.
