JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up today, through web hearing. As facts pleaded and the submissions made are one and the same, both the writ petitions are taken up together and disposed of by a common order.

(2.) The writ petitions have been filed seeking for the following prayer:

(3.) The petitioner in WP No.9592 of 2020, was appointed as a Typist in the Revenue Department and was working under the control of the 2nd respondent. He was originally appointed in 2009 and presently working as a Senior Revenue Inspector, Taluk Office, Anjetti, Krishnagiri District.
