JUDGEMENT

(1.) Inveighing the order 16.10.2006 passed in A.S.No.62 of 2003 by the Principal District Judge, Chingleput, confirming the order dated 26.9.2002 passed in O.S.No.78 of 1983 by the Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur, this civil revision petition is focused.
