JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.A.P.Muthu Pandian, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Janakiramulu, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal.

(3.) At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.09.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
